WEREG Module 1 Training
WEREG Module 1 training is a compulsory training for all newcomers into WEREG Properties. It comprises of an Introduction to our Company, the Company’s Culture and Structure.
Newcomers will learn the basic rules in Real Estate, step-by-step procedure on Sales/Rental Closing and many more.
Newcomers are required to take a simple multiple choice test after the training to ensure their understanding of the Training.
Existing members are also encouraged to partake in the training and test.
Module 1 Training will change from time to time in order to keep updating Weregians with up-to-date information in the industry.
WEREG Module 2 Training
WEREG Module 2 training is an advance training open to all WEREG Properties members. It is an advance module for those who have some experience in the real estate industry.
The syllabus consists on Tips on Improving Closing Skills, Troubleshoot issues faced by negotiators, how to market our properties, and many more.
End of the training will be a open sharing experience for Weregians on issues faced and also sharing of solutions as well. It is a good training to increase rapport between Weregians and learning new skills.
Same as Training 1, Module 2 Training will change from time to time in order to keep updating Weregians with up-to-date information in the industry.
In-House NCC Training
WEREG Properties Sdn Bhd has been approved by the MIEA to conduct In-House NCC Training in WEREG Office. NCC is a 2-days certification course which is recognized by MIEA & BOVEAP and to be attended by all new negotiators.
Full Credit goes to WEREG CEO, Mr Ethan Leong who has been working hard to be an accredited MIEA Trainer/Speaker.
Our In-House NCC Training is slightly different than MIEA because WEREG Academy insists all participants of NCC to take a MCQ Test after the Training.
